> Zack and the crew at Clean Cut Contractors were excellent to work with. We turned a small kitchen and small dining room into an amazing open plan kitchen that we love. On top of that our Master Bath was small and seriously outdated. Now it's worthy of the name master bath.

> I hired Clean Cut Contractors to build an 800 square addition onto my home. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with them. The bid was easy to understand, and made sense, unlike some of the other bids I received, and it was also very competitive. The owner, Zack Casebolt, is incredibly knowledgeable and always had great ideas and suggestions during the process. As with any project this size, we ran into unexpected issues. Zack always had answers on how to fix them, and usually more than one option, along with the pros and cons of each suggestion he made.

> Any time I wanted to make a change or add something there was never any push back or resistance. Zack always made sure he understood what I was asking for, and then he would come up with a way to make it happen. The few times I had issues, or mistakes were made, there were never any excuses, they were just fixed, and fixed correctly. He had amazing attention to detail, and his availability was impressive. I don't think there was a time when I contacted him, whether by email, text or phone that it took longer than 12 hours for him to answer. Even on weekends. At one point during the evening we had some water issues due to heavy rains and he was on our roof with extra tarps 20 minutes after I called. It's really hard to find service like that today.

> Zack worked with me to renovate the first floor of our Lowry home as well as an addition mudroom. The whole process with him was wonderful. He listened to what I wanted to do, asked questions to understand my tastes, and then worked with me to make sure we maximized the important areas and stuck to the budget I had. Zack also was terrific to bounce ideas off of, and he had some wonderful creative solutions that I never would have thought of. I continue to rely on Zack as a sounding board, and to help me make decisions.

> My wife and I needed more space for our growing family.  With our house, there was nowhere to expand but up.  After months of shopping and interviewing different architects and contractors and suppliers, we signed on with Clean Cut Contractors.  Working with Zack and his group wasn’t just easy, it was actually pleasurable.  They provided us with an array of options based on our budget.  I had never undertaken a project of this size (adding 400 square feet above a garage) so really had no idea how or where to start.  Normally there would be stress involved in tearing the top off of your house, but the project flowed so seamlessly and quickly, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.  Attentive, professional, and quality work, I can recommend Clean Cut Contractors without reserve.
