They are excellent! We had an issue with the previous painter not using the right primer in our bathroom resulting in all the paint starting to peel after about 2months. Element came in, scraped all the old paint/primer layers (all the way down to the plaster) to get everything that peeled and then primed and painted to prepare for my new cabinets. It has been three years and it looks as great as ever. For my dining room I had a wall that was 1970's wood paneling that I didn't want to pry down, I just wanted it painted. Mike and Jose came in and had it done in two days (one day to let the primer set, otherwise it would have only needed a day). It looks amazing.
