> 2\. We standout: I would have never thought we could have a bathroom like ours with our budget. Lauren knows about and has access to products that I would have always assumed were out of our budget. Now we have a bathroom that is special for us. The sink alone is a statement.
> 3\. No spats: As a couple's therapists I know how much tension renovations can cause in a relationship. The floors needed some TLC and it needed to be staged. I had my floor guy come in and bring the floors to life and I staged this house as if it was a design project. After it was staged and new professional pictures were taken the house was sold for full asking price in a week and a half.
