If you're looking to transform your lot into something truly unique, Alex and his team will get it done. Alex pours his heart and mind into his designs, and you get the reap the benefits. We recently completed our backyard with Alex's team and were so happy, we've expanded the scope of the project to cover the frontyard as well. **★ — Dino Adamou, May 2019** > Alex was referred to us from a reputable outdoor retailer. Our project was relatively small seeing that we were looking for his expertise to help design an outdoor Pergola and kitchen. At the start Alex was responsive and we discussed the scope of the work at which time he took a deposit from us. We were told that it would be a two week design only turnaround however four weeks later we still had not received anything. Alex did not return phone calls nor text messages and as a result our entire backyard project has come to a grinding halt. Maybe our project was too small but a professional is a professional nonetheless and open communication is the name of the game. I would seriously question working with somebody that conducts themselves in this manner yet calls himself an expert. He eventually refunded us our deposit but the damage has been done. You have choices today so my recommendation would be to look elsewhere. **Comment from Habitar Landscape:** > I just wanna say every one of my customers it’s 100% satisfied with our workmanship at the end of every project. With you we didn’t even get started. You were informed I had health issues and couldn’t deliver within the time agreed. Really surprises me you been a doctor couldn’t understand this and acts like he it’s been ignored. You never had to asked for a refund because I voluntarily sent your money back, I never keep money I didn’t work to earn it. I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and maybe it was the best thing that could ever happened. Having unlicensed contractors install my designs might not be the best idea. I LIKE TO FOLLOW THE RULES!! Mr. Zamora was meticulous installing our new side yard sidewalk to the back patio. The sidewalk has a handicap ramp which helps handicapped visitors as well as the owner. Mr. Rubio installed our new artificial turf we're so proud of especially when neighbors comment on when other homes turf deteriorates after a year or so. Ours is already 2 years old and looks as new as the day it was installed.
