The redesign saved it from the “Dark Side”, bringing it into the light. Living Room Before/After The original 3,840-square-foot, 1992 house failed to take advantage of its spectacular waterfront setting. In the new design, all of the major interior spaces were reorganized so that each would have commanding water views and allow for easy entertaining.
