Dan is a great listener, and he insured that the spa we bought fit our needs perfectly. He also was present and focused 100%. When the delivery day came, Dan unfortunately injured his arm. THE VERY NEXT DAY he showed up with his arm in a sling to supervise the installation. Russo's should be proud of their Sales Department, and Dan should be highly commended for his thoughtful service. We will be sure to recommend Russo's for any friend who needs spa, pool, or outdoor equipment.
