> greg purdy of BDS was hired to fill some concrete support shells with grout. He did not tell us that he had no experience performing this type of work. This was evident after he claimed to have completed the job when we found numerous air voids because he failed to use a vibrator to distribute the material properly. He did not perform this job according to prevailing industry standards and refused to correct it without additional compensation.
