Established in 2001, the firm specializes in creating living and working environments for modern life. Our services range from architectural design, interior design, space planning, sustainable building design, site analysis and selection, construction administration, document checking and consultant coordination. Our goal is to produce buildings that seamlessly combine great design and functionality.

DeLoache Architecture & Design was founded by Principal Scott DeLoache, a licensed architect in the State of California and a member of the American Institute of Architects. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Texas Tech University, he received his Master of Architecture from the University of Florida. He then went on to work for a number of architecture firms in the Los Angeles area, including HKS Architects, Frederic Fisher & Partners, David Gray Architects, and the Jerde Partnership. Mr. DeLoache's work experience encompasses single family residences, mixed use developments, office buildings, affordable housing, and a variety of high profile projects throughout the world including Shanghai, Dubai, and Berlin.
