For example, we knew we didn't want a formal dining room and we also wanted a cozy casual spot for our family to gather for watching movies and sporting events that would not disturb the more formal aspects of the living area. In place of the previous formal dining room, Nan and Caitlin designed our ultimate family room! We refer to it as the "Snug" because it is modeled after a cozy Irish pub. Additionally, they designed a custom made gorgeous banquette and coffee bar area that serves our more relaxed daily dining needs.
