He worked with our builder to see our project through the entire construction phase. His attention to detail during construction was almost as important as what he put on paper. He cares about and contributed to details during construction such as the layout and location of tile and grout lines on the floors, alignment of the window frames in coordination with both interior and exterior details, and the alignment of all the ceiling details including lights, ceiling fans and vents. He ultimately provided input into many details along the way to help ensure the final product not only met but exceeded our expectations. > > Eric's use of floor to ceiling windows provided us with life changing views we see from almost every room throughout the house. He educated on us the right balance of color and texture in both the interior and exterior.
