The team is incredibly professional and integral. The home is beautiful and it is clear they were intentional with high standards in quality and design. **★★★★★ — Greg Galimberti, Nov. 2023** > Amazing homes! would use them again. best in biz!!! > > Would build a house with them again! always on time and very good quality **★★★★★ — HU-914001320, Feb. 2021** > We bought a house in the Heights from this builder. Exceptional work and he always stays in touch if we have any questions despite selling us the house almost 2 years ago. Multiple people over the years consisting of real estate agents, house inspectors, and handymen, have all told us that the quality of the house is superior to most they have seen. We have had no issues with the house and as I have said, it has been almost 2 years. **★★★★★ — mitzie83, Dec. 2017** > As a real estate professional with many generations of home builders in the family, I took my time looking for the perfect home built by a smart, meticulous, trustworthy builder. We could not be more satisfied with Graywood Homes and their attention to quality details and forward thinking construction . Not only do we have a beautiful, well built home that we love, we have found a builder that you can trust. **★★★★★ — Suleyka Gallegos, April 2016** > Great, detailed, exceptional quality work! I would definitely hire Graywood for any of my building/renovation projects! They are well experienced and have a good knowledge of the market trends, etc. **★★★★★ — naserdean, March 2016** > Excellent builder. High quality. Lots of added features that other builders don't do or change for extra. Up to date and modern. ## Selected projects - [Hillman Hughes Homes Phase I](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/hillman-hughes-homes-phase-i-pj-vj~7403568) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 75 - [Ayrshire](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/ayrshire-pj-vj~7403562) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 28 - [Tartan](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/tartan-pj-vj~6584818) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 50 - [Newshire](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/newshire-pj-vj~6584779) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 36 - [Nadine Phase I](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/nadine-phase-i-pj-vj~6584744) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 51 - [Charleston Heights](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/charleston-heights-pj-vj~1571441) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 47 - [Durness](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/durness-pj-vj~5961039) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 50 - [Lanark](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/lanark-pj-vj~3846134) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 48 - [Falkirk](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/falkirk-pj-vj~5961055) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 85 - [E 14th](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/e-14th-pj-vj~5706819) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 25 - [Adele](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/adele-pj-vj~5706801) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 37 - [Norhill](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/norhill-pj-vj~5706578) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 36 - [Dumbarton](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/dumbarton-pj-vj~2410321) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 52 - [Ruth Homes II](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/ruth-homes-ii-pj-vj~2805198) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 57 - [De Milo](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/de-milo-pj-vj~2410366) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 30 - [Sampson](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/sampson-pj-vj~3846286) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 14 - [Heights Mixed Use](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/heights-mixed-use-pj-vj~2805262) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 17 - [Ebony](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/ebony-pj-vj~2410347) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 24 - [Norfolk Gray](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/norfolk-gray-pj-vj~1571423) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 34 - [Darling](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/darling-pj-vj~1571411) - Location: Houston, TX - Photos: 35 [See all 22 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/home-builders/graywood-homes-houston-pfvwus-pf~1291920957) --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
