We build all our homes on a cost-plus basis – the cost of materials and labor plus a set builder’s fee. This means we don’t have standard features and upgrades. Instead, we work from our clients’ blueprints and create a custom bid based on what our clients want, including realistic finish allowances. I can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. From start to finish, Travis and his team are there and available for you. The home we built was completely custom from drawing our own blueprints to picking out every design and finish.

A: It's a custom mixture from Sherwin Williams to match the guttering. The guttering color was Dark Bronze.

Can you tell me where u purchased the fireplace screen?

A: The screen was purchased by the homeowner, so we are unsure of where it was purchased.  Sorry!

What color are the dark cabinets in the pic & are the glazed as well?

A: Cannot remember the stain color but they are maple and were glazed as well.

I live really close to where this house was and admired the landscaping. We rebuilt our house and need a landscaper . Can you tell me the name of the company

A: Sorry that you are having to rebuild your home too.  This was our personal home. We have a landscaping company, Outdoor Design, that did all the landscaping.
