Adrian is a pleasure to work with and truly strives to build a relationship with our clients. One set of clients were so happy with Mulhall Construction that when it was time for Phase II they only wanted to work with Mulhall again. From their point of view Adrian and his team took care of them and made what could have been difficult process much more manageable. The quality of the construction is excellent. His team is diligent in their efforts and pay attention to construction details that are important to the design. Of all the Contractors I have worked with in the past, Mulhall receives Excellent marks and stand out from the rest on the following: > > Quality - Mulhall Construction has the highest standards. They take the time and the effort to attain the highest level of finish and maintain the integrity of the building and the construction process. I have had instances time and again where they take the extra time and effort to do what is right and follow best practices. > Value - They maintain a competitive Bid and Fee Structure. What I have not had them do is sacrifice their quality to maintain this competitive pricing. > Integrity - They present to my clients and submit detailed bids and contracts. These bids are reflective in the effort and time they take to study and reference the Construction Documents. I have not had an instance where they have come back once the bid is accepted and the contract signed asking for change orders or additional fees if the work is included in the Construction Documents. > Communication - They Call me as the Architect with questions, solutions and suggestions. They read and follow the Construction Documents and Design. They proactively engage the Architect, Owner and themselves as the Contractor. If there is a problem they call and are often times ready with a solution. They Listen, they promptly respond. > Experience and Knowledge - Mulhall Construction has done numerous large, complicated projects. They have the patience and take the effort to work through complex problems that can arise in the field.
