**Q: Cabinetry** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the height of the cabinet for the washer and dryer ?

A: What is vendor and style name of the tile back splash?

**Q: Is this enough for kitchen remodel?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I am in the process of doing a kitchen remodel.  I would like to do without changing kitchen footprint, but am concerned if the updates won't be enough for the kitchen to look updated.  Changes i am making include:
1\. painting cabinets and woodwork white
2\. installing typhoon bordeaux granite countertops
3\. subway tile backsplash
4\. changing cabinetry around refrigerator so it will be set into cabinet (pushing out box above frig, adding wood panel on sides, changing to counter depth frig)
5\. stainless appliances
6\. nicket cabinet pulls and lighting
7\. stain wood floor darker
8\. replace chairs

Additional considerations
9\. box in bottom and sides of desk
10\. replace  molding on top of cabinets to top of ceiling

All of this will cost approx $18K.  again, i really don't want to add additional $30k+ to enlarge kitchen but i also don't want to spend $20k and still have a kitchen that looks outdated.  

Thoughts?

A: I love your ideas to update your kitchen. You may consider replacing your over the range microwave for a microwave in the cabinets to the left of refrigerator if there is room, or a microwave drawer in the island. A nice hood vent on the focal point wall of your kitchen would do wonders for updating your design. 
If you have enough space, it would look nice to add a square or round counter top to the end of the island, that sits higher than the main island counter top, Thinking the higher counter top would be just large enough to fit 2 bar stools on the one end. The pub table look integrated into the end of the island would give the island a face lift and creating more emphasis to the focal point wall.

A: Would you mind sharing the brand of the light fixtures over the island and the sink?
