Of course new york city comes with its unique set of rules, about building hours and insurance requirements. They will promise to work with you on this, take your money and then completely ignore all of your building rules. I was particularly lucky- they double billed me for shipping, and now they wont work with me on a delivery day. So now I am owed money AND my furniture. But after a short while they started to shed a lot, I contacted West Elm about this and I was told by their representative that these pillows are faux fur, NOT real fur. The rep also told me that West Elm is known for not selling any real fur products. The problem is that they were not honest about the fur, it was misleading that they list their pillows as Mongolian Lamb Fur pillows instead of letting the customers know that they are faux fur. **Comment from West Elm:** > Hi — we apologize for the misinformation but the Mongolian Lamb Pillows are 100% real wool/fur.
