  - Description: On this project we created additional living space by converting unused basement space into an exercise room, family room and full 3 piece bath. We incorporated a unique soffit design to hide duct work but give the space the feel of a much higher ceiling. Add color to the walls and the homeowners unique style and we have a one of a kind basement renovation.

  - Description: On this project, we finished a walk out basement to create a living room, wet bar, 3 piece bathroom and an office/guest room. We added special features like a built in media stand and speakers mounted into the ceiling. We incorporated tile, carpet and granite along with cherry cabinets to give the space a warm feeling. We also renovated the kitchen slightly by moving some cabinetry, cutting out a pass-through from the kitchen to the dining room and adding granite counter tops.
