My name is Kristina, my family just recently moved to the area from Seattle. I have spent my life surrounded by the construction industry, and love all aspects of it. - Description: For this project we wanted to keep with the traditional lines of a farmhouse, but include our more modern take on it. We incorporated metal accents throughout the home, chose the modern garage doors and black framed windows throughout, while keeping things traditional with the red brick and front door. Inside the home, we wanted it to have a more eclectic feel and incorporated modern, farmhouse, industrial and rustic touches. The home truly envelopes you from the minute you walk in. www.nestcda.…

## Community Q&A

**Q: Love the cabinets used in the Kitchen & the Master Bath...** *(in Photo Questions)*

... can you please supply the details .. make, model, etc. ??
THANKS !!

A: They are custom designed from Huntwood cabinets.

**Q: Names of two chairs?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Does anyone know the names of the two whitewashed wood chairs?

A: It’s called the Schafer linen armchair by uttermost

**Q: Where did you purchase the fireplace from & is it electric or gas?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I'm in love with the clean look of this fireplace insert style combined with the rustic feel of the logs. I'd really appreciate knowing where to buy it from & what kind to look for. Also, is it strictly for looks or does it also offer some heating? Thank you so much!

A: The brand is Fireplace Xtrordinair and the model is the 4237 TV Deluxe

**Q: what color flooring is this?** *(in Photo Questions)*

The floor looks grey in some photos and tan in others

A: The floor is gray, with brown undertones. It is not as brown as it shows up in this picture

**Q: where did you get the dining chairs and what color is the wood in it** *(in Photo Questions)*

We have a similar table though think it may be slightly darker and was wondering about your chairs. Thank you

A: The dining chairs came from Marshalls of all places. I've seen very similar chairs at Home Goods also.

**Q: Love the outside color palette** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you please tell me the colors of the siding and trim that you used? Thank you so much

A: We decided because of all the architectural details and black gutters, to stick with one house color. The color is SW Pavestone.
