Sandra Thomson, Design Principal and owner of Hampton Hall Design, has been creating beautiful kitchen spaces for over twenty years.  In addition to residential kitchen design, her body of work includes bathrooms, whole home makeovers and prepping your home for market.  Before starting her own firm, Sandra had the privilege of working with prestigious design firms across North America, learning from the best in Kitchen Design.  This combined with a Degree in Architecture from Dalhousie University, Sandra brings a level of design maturity not found every day.

> We hired Sandra in the Spring of 2018 to help us design our kitchen renovation. We have a very small kitchen and we wanted to make sure every inch of it worked efficiently. Sandra came up with a great initial design.  She then listened to our input and worked with us to evolve the design through a number of tweaks. We really appreciated the collaborative approach to Sandra's work.

> Sandra Thomson was the agent that sold my house in Sharon, Ontario.  This was an enormous undertaking as there were many extenuating circumstances (personal and other) involved, but Sandra's professionalism, diligence and expertise made it happen!  Sandra helped us get the house ready for sale, which included painting, cleaning and staging.  She then tirelessly advertised the property and showed it to many potential buyers.  This property was far from conventional and, consequently, required more work to sell than the average home.  I was out of province during the entire process and Sandra kept me constantly apprised of any updates, issues or offers.  She sold my property at the asking price and negotiated a comfortable closing for both sides.  I cannot say enough about how Sandra handled every aspect of the sale and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property, regardless of its state.

**Q: Wagers** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where can I find the counter stools?

A: The stools are custom made by a local vendor and are quite reasonable.  The ones you are looking at were made from cherry to match the wood used for the island.  Please let me know if you would like more information and pricing.  Thank you!
