A kind gentleman came out to to do the job and notified me and my wife that there was rotting wood that needed to be replaced after he already removed the entire door and frame. He estimated it to be about $300 but after calling up his boss, Greg Tittle (the owner). He said that it would actually be an additional $600. We simply couldn’t afford that amount so we agreed to have the old door put back on over the phone with a lady named Chelsea who was very rude to my wife as they were discussing how to sort all of this out. The kind installer let us know that he couldn’t put the old door back on and instead placed a slab of plywood on the gaping hole in the back of our house. We were forced to allow them to do so as we have 3 small children living in the house and can’t have a giant hole exposing us to the climate outside. We’re just very distraught of how they handled this situation and we would like to hold them accountable for this. **★ — Luke Burgtorf, July 2024** > TL;DR. Had a roof installed in August 2023. Sub par install and poor communication. > > Here is my experience with the Tittle Brothers. > Large crew shows up to replace the roof. Anything in the way they will rip off the roof including down spouts. My down spouts easily come apart with screws so that I can clean them out. Well they just used a hammer and ripped them off the siding leaving a hole in the aluminum siding and the brackets unusable. They completed in a few hours. Later in the day my spouse said that house really stinks. I just figured it was from the new materials. Nope it was one of the sewer stacks that was pulled out of one of the rubber drain couplers. I was able to get the sewer stack in place but then went up on the roof and there was about an 1 inch gap because the boot on the roof was in the wrong location. Then I started looking around the roof and that is when I found missing flashing and exposed nails. Well I guess part of the process is they have an internal inspector/repair person that comes out after to actually complete the job. So I literally had holes in my roof until that person came out. The inspector/repair person is a nice person and tells about how much experience they has every time they have been out but that's not who actually does the roof nor is there when the roof is being done. I had to have them out multiple times as I kept finding cut shingles and exposed nails. The inspector/repair person acted like they were doing me a favor when repairing these things. I can not recommend them. **★ — Nekea Franklin, Nov. 2020** > The company outsources to other contractors to do their work. Long story short, they built a concrete patio over my sprinkler system that backed up to the house, in March. They did not tell me that they put it over the sprinkler. So, in July, we started using the sprinkler system, and slowly the water would run down the basement wall and created mildew and mold down the basement wall and carpet. It took us a few months to figure out where the water was coming from. I notified Tittle brother’s someone came out and look at it, and they said it’s not their problem. Now, I have to get new dry wall and carpet. They are the expert, they should have known not to put concrete on top of a sprinkler system. They are already extremely expensive. They outsource their jobs, so your paying for that. Just hire someone directly. Save yourself money, and a headache. I lost a lot of money getting the concrete done by them. I also lost faith in good people. This was very disheartening for them not to take responsibility for what they did. I would not recommend them to anyone!!! **★ — Joe Smith, July 2018** > It has been a nightmare working with this company They are on 1 1/2 years on a 3 month project. They are very unprofessional and do not listen to what you want they just half ass it to leave and go work on a different project. Oh and don't try to call them because everyone is always in meetings well except when they want money. Everything they have touched is a joke. The main contractor if you ask him to fix something he looks at you does not respond and then does not fix it. This is the worst company I have ever used and hope that someone reads this and changes their mind on hiring them. The only thing that is saving me is I still owe them money and so not plan on giving them another dime until everything is fixed correctly. Wish me luck that could be another year. **★★ — John Kent, Oct. 2017** > I had Tittle do a small job on a back porch with a sofit and gutter and that job was not that bad. On my new home I had an estimate for concrete work done that was about the most unprofessional quote I ever got. A young kid showed up never really gave me a firm quote on the job and when I asked if I could get the rough quote written down he tore off a piece of paper and just wrote a number on it. No name or anything on it. **★ — Robert Gossett, Jan. 2017** > Had Seamless gutters installed on my building Feb 2012. With 5 year Warranty. Jump to Dec. 2016, One gutter is disconnected from building and hanging. Called 4 different times Lady says person will call me but he hasn't called yet January 12.2017. **★ — User, June 2016** > I have to give one star until Tittle Brothers can repair/fix/replace all the mistakes that the 2 guys who did my siding made and/or created. One whole side of the house has to be resided. All of the caulking is pure and simple a crappy job, I've had them back at least 15 times to work on punch lists. The're coming out again on 6/27/2016 with plans to stay the whole day to 'finish' this job. It's been ongoing since 3/16/2016 with more headaches than I ever thought possible! They also replaced my roof and I had to have them back out twice for that. Believe me, I have a LOT of pictures and a LOT of complaints. **★★★★★ — Lindsey Hastings Leitch, July 2013** > Tittle construction company did our roof. They came out took measurements and gave a very reasonable quote for the job as soon as we hired them they ordered materials and were out within the week and the job was done promptly and they cleaned up all the waste. They ran into some problems and had to replace a lot more of the wood then was originally expected they didn't even ask they just did the job the correct way and didn't even charge is for the extra materials and labor!
