We were there Wednesday morning, by appointment, and selected a shower and two bathroom sinks, along with matching accessories, from your showroom. The salesperson said she would have us a quote by the end of the day. Nothing came. Tried contacting Thursday and no return calls or emails. Friday the manager of the location was called, and he said we'd definitely have our quote by the end of the day on Friday. Nothing. Stopped by Saturday and they said they were just "too busy". I don't see how a place like this even survives - what an awful, unprofessional experience. The stone is part of a working tub display we had installed at a spa called Changes Day Spa which is local to our Camp Hill, PA showroom.
