**Q: Seating questions** *(in Photo Questions)*

Were the seats built in the room out of pieces or carried in?

I'm looking to furnish a man cave and the only entrance is hard to navigate. I was told to find folks that upholster and build out to spec. North burbs of IL. Any help?

A: Behind the photo is a large slider that opens up to the pool area. We brought the seats in intact.

**Q: Love the pendant lights.  Where are they from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: That was the electrician's work. The lighting system was Lutron Homeworks, which we control via IPad/IPhone via the whole-house Control4 system

**Q: the electronic bar across the tv?** *(in Photo Questions)*

where did you get it? I would love to program one?

A: That's an electronic ticker, like the ones you see in sports bars. We installed, then had a service provide streaming sports data on game results, etc.

**Q: How much would it cost to do something like that** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I think overall budget came in around 1 million, but other work was performed inside the house as well.

**Q: Is this CC Sabathia's house?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Correct, though now with a different owner who is still using the system regularly

A: The system was about $160K, which included HDTV distribution through the whole house, not just the Man Cave
