Upon inspection, Devin Vance felt that it was most likely environmental in nature, and could readily be corrected by light surface removal and then final polishing. I liked his in depth knowledge of marble, state of the art techniques, and the fact that he expends time and effort to attend trade shows to constantly look for new techniques. He and his crew arrived when promised, are extremely professional, detailed, and strove to correct the surface flaws. It was quickly determined through testing, the best path to take, and the floors came out just beautiful to near factory finish. I was pleased and satisfied with every aspect of the work performed and admire the knowledge that he and all his crew exhibit.
