> We are extremely happy with the apartment renovation that Wendel Klein Builders recently completed for our family. Jared Klein is an experienced contractor and finish carpenter, and the quality of the work performed for us is first rate, as is the team of finish carpenters and sub-trades assembled to complete our project. Jared has the ability to understand the needs of the client and effectively communicate these desires to his team. Throughout the construction process there were no surprises. A realistic budget was discussed early on. Weekly job meetings were insisted upon by Jared & were very helpful in keeping us informed on work both completed and pending. The schedule was adhered to and the project completed on time and as budgeted. After the project was completed, Jared was very good at following up on completing the small details remaining on the punch list. I am a retired architectural professional and I know I have high standards: at all times I found Jared polite, professional, easy to work with and attentive to design and detail.

What are the dimensions of the bathroom in the attic? Thx!

A: Roughly 5' x 5' with an alcove and sloped ceilings. It is an irregularly shaped room.

A: Hi Jennifer - This is a Broan chimney hood vent for use over an island.

Would you mind providing any details about the backsplash?  Appreciate it!  Love the shimmer.

A: Thanks for your question. The backsplash is a white subway tile that is bumpy and glossy. The uneven texture makes it appear to be shimmery in the photos.
