> We hired Chris Brock after an extensive search for someone to build our dream home at a very high elevation in Waynesville NC . We were introduced to Chris by our architect once we had plans in hand. We liked Chris immediately, he is kind, sincere and easy to talk to. We viewed a couple of Chris's homes and were impressed with his attention to detail. It took 18 months to build our home, mostly do to elevation, weather and all of the custom detail that went into our home. Chris was on site whenever anything new was being added, he hires quality subs that are loyal to him and have been for years. Because we were 4+ hours away it was important to us to have a contractor we could trust to implement all of our requests and have our back. Chris did and still does. We highly recommend Chris to build your home.

He keeps close track of schedules and costs with methods that are thorough, easy to follow and accurate. His attention to detail in review and coordination of the drawings makes for construction details that are well executed and beautifully crafted.
