> We used Circul builders on Long Beach Island for a Hurricane Sandy rebuild. Our home is beautiful. I sat with Circul and designed both in and out what we wanted our new home to be. Circul then worked with Westchester Modular and in July of 2013 our house was set. There was not a "model" at Westchester that worked for us, so this design was truly custom. Circul completed the custom work, and there was a lot of  it!  Sure, there are things that dont go exactly as planned or expected in ANY home project, but I can honestly say that I truly like the people at Circul, and they are good people. Our home came out exactly as we hoped,  and we are very happy homeowners. Also, I need to mention the landscaping company Circul uses, EXOTIC OUTDOORS. Matt is absolutely FABULOUS and we are in love with what he and his team did.
