Fairview recently completed remodeling and renovation work in our home in The Reserve at Lake Keowee. Our experiences with their Senior Project Manager, Michael Travelstead, and their Director of Renovations, Korey Smith, were extremely positive. We were very pleased with their interpersonal and communication skills as well as their overall coordination of the project. Korey did a fantastic job of working with the subcontractors to find ways to keep our costs at or under budget. We also had the opportunity to meet Chris Hamblen, the General Contractor, and Drew Hamblen, the Managing Member, on several occasions. It was clear that they were both willing to put in the long hours and hard work to protect their company's reputation for honesty, integrity and quality work. Although our project was a small one in the overall scheme of their homebuilding projects, everyone in the company always made us feel that our project was a top priority.
