> We were doing a complete remodel on our rental building in Long Beach. The stairs were old and damaged, as well as the railings and courtyard concrete. The courtyard area also puddled when it rained, which further added complications. The railings no longer met code.

> Andreson demolished the old stairs and completely rebuilt the staircases and added the LifeDeck waterproofing system. There were several steps and layers in the process, adding safety and functionality. The end result was a strong new staircase (3 flights), which was done by code and passed all inspections. All waterproofed and secure, with a great looking finish coat. Also, the water drains effectively from the top stairs to the bottom, and the new courtyard concrete Andreson poured is all pitched so that we no longer have issues with puddling. Now, after a rain, all water drains away with no puddling, and the improvement of the courtyard of the building is remarkable. The new railings are sturdy and meet code. The entire job looks and functions great, as an important part of the entrance aesthetic appeal safety of our rental property.

> Jeff from Andreson Builders did an excelent job on removing an interior wall to open up the kitchen to the living room...We love the results and the light from the windows just fills all the space...I found Jeff to be professional and pleasant and I will use this company again.

  - Description: The original stairs came off the entry directly up to the loft and were very steep. The house also didn't have a hall closet. The solution was to build a landing where the old stairs were and build an L shaped staircase with a Harry Potter closet underneath. Treads and rails are slate grey with aluminum oxide polyurethane for wear-ability and the Shaker posts, risers and skirts are delicate white. The balusters are wrought iron twists with double baskets every 4th for a nice accent.

  - Description: The views of the Sunset Beach harbor are truly spectacular from Brad's deck. But, the corrosive abuse of the salt water had rotted his old wood handrail and deck to the point of collapse. We replaced the deck with Life Deck Fiberglass Mesh (FM) waterproof system and replaced the handrails with Fairway Grand View railing. The Fairway system features galvanized steel post cores and aluminum rails inside the vinyl cover to prevent sagging over the 8 ft. span. Plexiglass provides the grand view.
