REpurpose Properties will be focusing on properties with a resale value between $150,000 to $2,000,000. Although the majority of the properties will have a resale value around $250,000.

The main objective is to help others, but REpurpose Properties is cognoscente of their responsibility to the communities they do business in.  Therefore, they only work with quality materials and workmanship that will blend in well with the current homes in the neighborhood.
