Roberto’s design highlighted the condominium’s strengths, separating it from the rest of the units in the complex.  His architectural plans were clear and complete.  The general contractor and his subs repeatedly complimented Roberto on his design quality and clarity, as well as his availability for a question or a consultation.  His commitment to follow-up and project reviews were outstanding.  This was especially helpful during the typical, mid-construction negotiations.  Roberto was an absolute gem and made an invaluable contribution to the project.

Love these stairs. How much space is required?

A: Sorry for the delay responding.  In plan, the diameter is roughly 8'-8" so at a minimum assume you need about 60SF for this installation.

**Q: Is that a sink vanity & who makes it?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: My apologies for the rather belated reply.  The vanity was a custom design.  Campbell Cabinetry Designs manufactured it for us.https://www.campbellcabinetrydesigns.com/

**Q: Great stair hardware, who is the manufacturer?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: My apologies for the rather belated reply... A few companies collaborated on the components.  Rail-Tek provided the stainless railing, Roberts Hardwood provided the custom toprail and Precision Stairs Inc did the stringer and steps.  All our of Sarasota.
