Founded as a sole proprietorship in 1984, Kaz Malachowski started Falcon Construction as a one man painting operation. Kaz’s dedication to perfection led to Falcon Construction being incorporated in Maryland in 1989. Since then, we have grown from humble beginnings to a general contractor renowned in the Washington, D.C. area.

We are known for making in-house built-ins and cabinets as well as having established excellent working relations with the most renowned architectural firms in the Washington Metropolitan area. 
Over the years we have developed a solid and very satisfied customer base who have come to know that near-perfection level of quality which Falcon Construction delivers. We would never have it be any other way.

> Falcon has done several projects for us, including a bathroom gut and remodel, interior and exterior painting, repairs after damage to roof and ceiling, and upgrades to wiring (we live in a very old house) among other things. Their work is of the highest quality. Kaz's staff are extremely courteous and professional and keep the worksite immaculate. Whenever a minor problem has arisen, Kaz has been extremely responsive and has remedied situation immediately (and problems are quite rare with Kaz.)
