Executive Construction Homes, LLC is a multi award-winning builder being recognized by the Greater Columbia Home Builders Association. Eddie spends his free time not only with his family but other community related functions.

Together the Yandles’ involvement in the Columbia, SC area has brought over 700 new homes to families as of January 2018. With a growing staff, and a demand for affordable and custom homes, Executive Construction Homes has a drive to continue in all directions of the Columbia real estate market for many years.

Eddie and Shanna Yandle are the owners and founders of Executive Construction Homes. Eddie Yandle has been in the building industry his entire life. In 1985, Eddie started working full time with his father, George (Butch) Yandle, in the underground utilities business. This company worked only for the local Greater Columbia and Lexington areas and allowed Eddie to gain expertise and knowledge in building homes in every stage of the process.

Eddie built his first personal home in 1989, soon after that he met his wife, Shanna. They quickly built four homes together and Eddie started the beginning of Executive Construction Homes, LLC. Eddie Yandle became focused on building with superior quality and enduring value. Shanna now serves as office manager while Eddie keeps busy in the field. Staying involved in the building process is very important to Eddie Yandle. From designing the home, to personally inspecting the details, Eddie ensures the home is what the customer expected at their purchase contract. Eddie and Shanna are now raising two beautiful children.

> They did a small neighbourhood all have foundation code violations! Instead of fixing they covered it up! They are dishonest and will bully you once you buy a home!!! Please just walk away! WE WISH WE DID....

**★ — Keiara Lasaine, Oct. 2021**

> This is my second complaint. They deleted my other review I did a couple of months ago. They have not finished work at my house. I’m sitting here at my house now and nobody has showed up to fix my lock. Someone did show up to input my screen which they are the only people I like ..But the screens do not fit my window. It is not the fault of the people that showed up to install them. It’s executive construction people fault. They mad because I cussed them out and which I did because they kept telling my screens was due and I did not have them but other houses was getting screens. They have a shout out to my house without pictures when they were supposed to have pictures of what needed to be fixed. Walked around my house asking me what needed to be done acting clueless.Once I went off magically Screens appear. I have been nice but as a veteran with PTSD they have struck my last nerve. They do not want to answer my phone calls my email to open the door when I go to the office . I also have a video where I ask due to them being the warranty section who do I contact for warranty items and they dnt want to give me an answer Because I had to curse them out just to get my screens which is not put in.When I called and talk to Rose last week she said that she would contact me to tell me when my 30 day warranty walk-through would be Because I asked her who I need to contact about my nail pops All around this house.shoe molding is not done right bc you can see gaps.I feel as if they are trying to wait me out past my 1 yr warranty

> I am active duty military, my wife was six months pregnant, and we had been living in a hotel for three months waiting to close. We were supposed to close the day before Thanksgiving but the house was a mess and not ready to close. After sharing our concerns with the builder, the CEO showed up, and without introducing himself, threw a fit over our concerns, said he was going to sell the house to somebody else and then wished us a happy Thanksgiving as he stormed away. We didn't have anywhere to go the day before Thanksgiving. With my wife being six months pregnant we needed to close so we wouldn't be homeless. I chased down and talked to the CEO who "thanked" me for my service. I was guaranteed if we closed it would be at least cleaned, and everything would be touched up within 30 days during the 30 day post-close walk through. The house was not cleaned as promised and myself and my pregnant wife spent part of Thanksgiving in our brand new house on our hands and knees scrubbing paint off of the floors. As of now, they still haven't fixed everything they told me they would fix per the contract and the 30 day post-close walk through has been pushed to 90 days! Their warranty process is slow. Expect to be frustrated getting your 30 day post-close walk through and any warranty issues fixed.

> The worst part is, the lot is beautiful and the house layout/design is excellent, but they ruin it with SLOPPY finish work and the quality of paint is VERY POOR. This company is a clown act.

> i agree with review below .. not a well built home poor quality . warranty claim takes forever ..
> hire closing inspector before close

**★ — mrsdrewinf, April 2018**

> Not a well built home. They refuse to take care of issues they agreed to for the one year. Dishonest people. Don't buy.

Certified Master Builder Executive Construction Homes utilizes the latest building materials, techniques and energy savings features to build your new home. They are a versatile builder and have spec homes available or will build custom on your lot.

> When we decided to downsize I was very skeptical on building a new home. There are quite a lot of contractors who use cheap material and use cheap help. The first time we walked into a new build by Executive Construction I knew we were headed in the right direction. Not only is the exterior of the home top quality and very appealing but the interior is of the highest standard. I observed every step of the build. High quality materials and the best subcontractors I’ve witnessed in many years. We haven’t regretted our decision to buy a home by this company. I would highly recommend Eddie Yandle and all his staff and workers to anyone. Many thanks to Nicole, Kathryn, Jason, Amy, Troy for helping in making our home a dream come true.

**★★★★★ — Barbara Halliday, Aug. 2017**

> Executive Construction Homes build very lovely quality homes with nice details and finishes. We had many floor plans to choose from and they were very attentive to our needs. The sales team was awesome to work with. They care about their customers and you can tell it in their work. We are very pleased with our beautiful home in the Villas and loving our maintenance free lifestyle.

**Comment from Executive Construction Homes:**

> Thank you Barbara- We love having you as a resident in our community!!! Thank you so much for your kind words!!!

> We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our new home built by Executive Construction. Their staff was excellent to work with from start to finish and were focused on building a quality home. This builder adds a lot of custom finishes to their homes and we are very excited to enjoy our beautiful home for many years to come.

> Work was well done. Construction foreman was easy to work with and very knowledgable. Only criticism was rush and closing at builders request. Some home features were left off but builder compensated for the error.

**★★★★★ — S\_Chaudhry, May 2015**

> They are a very good builder. Willing to listen and take care of the issues that came up in the construction process.

**★★★★★ — Leslie\_h, May 2015**

> I purchased a new home built by Executive Construction homes. It is beautifully built. Builders were very responsive to questions and issues raised.
