> Do not hire him.  He forgot to detach the outside porch to the house.  We just realized it as the porch would shake when you walked on it.  We will have to spend 3k-5k to repair.  We also had moisture coming through the wall.  Instead of repairing, he scraped off the mold and just painted over it.  He said he would come the next day and never showed back up.  This guy is a quack.

> He has disappeared for the last 5 weeks and won’t return phone calls.  Do not hire him.  When he did show up, the work had to be redone or they left the house a mess.

> Doesn’t know how to repair a roof. Period. Terrible at communicating. Disappears for weeks without contact and doesn’t respond to texts or calls. Would not recommend him.
