Our Consultant, Teri Cheramy, and our Installer, Rick Denu were great! Teri took her time to educate us on the different types of carpeting available and offered ideas on colors and styles too. Our original choice would have been completely wrong with the paint color we chose, so we're so glad Teri suggested taking the other sample she thought might work better just to check - she was right, it was perfect! We were under some time-constraints because we wanted the installation to take place prior to moving in, so imagine our disappointment when we found out the carpet wasn't available in-house. Teri immediately started making calls, tracked down what we needed, and had it delivered in time for the installation. Rick went out of his way to pick up the carpeting as soon as it arrived in-house and did a fabulous job getting it installed.
