> It's refreshing to work with a company that seems to genuinely appreciate my patronage. Nadia MacKinnon was very professional and upbeat when taking my calls. Dan Driscoll was prompt and thorough with regards to providing my estimate.

**Comment from Paul Davis Remodeling of Greenville & Spartanburg:**

> Thanks for that positive feedback! Nadia is indeed a gem and a genuine asset to our company. I hope Paul Davis gets to work with you to make your remodeling dreams a reality!

**★★★★★ — Justin Ponder, Dec. 2016**

> I have worked directly with Paul Davis on numerous projects, working for another contractor myself they handle all of the trades that we do not (which are many). There has not been one project that has not gone smooth through the entire process. From the project managers to the lady's in the office, everyone is very knowledgeable, professional, and willing to go that extra mile for whom ever the customer may be. This is one of the few companies where I see the owners in the field just as much as the rest of the companies employees. I would recommend Paul Davis to my pickiest customer! I believe I have, and they have arose to the challenge and have never let myself or my home owners down. 5 stars all day long from this Contractor!

**★★★★★ — ROWDY HARDEN, Nov. 2016**

All of their clients LOVE them and have always been pleased with their workmanship and constant attention to detail, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid well rounded contractor who keeps their customers satisfied and leaves them with a happy experience!

**★★★★★ — Diane Siegel, Nov. 2016**

> I wanted to take a moment to thank Chad, Tosha and Betsey from Paul Davis Remodeling for responding to and taking care of the necessary emergency services in the basement level of our home in Hilton Head following Hurricane Matthew. In spite of the many long hours and days they had worked prior to coming to my home, they were courteous and thorough and got the job done. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

**Comment from Paul Davis Remodeling of Greenville & Spartanburg:**

> Diane, Thanks so much for taking the time to post this review even while you and your neighbors are still likely busy recovering from the ravages of that terrible hurricane! I am very glad that our catastrophe response team was able to help you and that they embodied the Paul Davis vision "to provide extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need".

**★★★★★ — Bilt Rite Garage Doors, June 2016**

**★★★★★ — locomountainoutfitters, May 2016**

> We had a leak from our refrig ice maker and we did not know it until too late. Our kitchen hardwood floor was warped badly in several places. Called Paul Davis and they responded immediately. They used advanced technology to suck much of the water out of the floor. They replaced all the warped boards and refinished the area they worked and feathered ii in with the existing floor. I could not even tell where they had worked from the rest of the floor. Price was very reasonable, could not have been more satisfied with Paul Davis.

**★★★★★ — lniles59, Jan. 2016**

> We had a water leak from our upstairs bathroom that came down into our eat in kitchen area. Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of the Upstate was able to find repair the leak, remove all of the popcorn ceiling, repair the ceiling and paint. It looks beautiful and will increase the value of our home. They also remodeled the upstairs bathroom, as it was outdated and with the leak behind the wall of the tub, we decided this was the best thing to do. They walked us through the process and everyone we worked with (tile, drywall/painters, electrician, plumbers were all very professional and respectful of our home. They did an amazing job on the bathroom and we couldn't be happier. We do plan to use them again for some future projects we will be doing.

**★★★★ — June Blizzards, Dec. 2015**

> I found Paul Davis R&R to be an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. This was the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. While they were not the cheapest pricewise, the cost was worth it in the end. You made us very happy. Thank you again.

  - Description: This active family of four with a Dad that loves to cook was ready to ditch their dated kitchen. Even though it was a large space, the old kitchen design was cramped, impractical for food preparation and felt cut-off from the adjacent family room. - Description: Not every bathroom project has to be a complete tear out and re-design. This bathroom had a good layout but the floor suffered from water damage and the toilet was positioned too close to the shower. After repairing the sub-floor, moving the toilet, adding new plank style tile flooring, updated fixtures, a barn-style shower door, and Kohler Coreograph shower walls this bathroom became a refreshed and inviting space. ## Community Q&A

**Q: Exterior Trim** *(in Before & After)*

A nice custom rustic trim around all doors and windows instead of your basic factory aluminum trim.

A: Classy instead of cookie cutter!

**Q: What was the total cost for this house renovation and remodel?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What was the total cost for this house renovation and remodel?

A: Yes, but the exterior work was minor in comparison. We spruced up the front porch. However, a back porch addition is the next planned project.

**Q: New bath in an older home.** *(in Before & After)*

The owners of this 1960's home have waited years to remodel their home. After years of planning and saving, their dream master bath has come to fruition.
Before (actually mid-reno when photos were taken): The walls are down, but original windows of the home remain.
After: New soaker tub with Marvin picture window in place. The new window not only opens up the whole space but is also more energy-efficient. The interior shutters complete the look and offer privacy.

A: Gorgeous!

**Q: Very Nice Work! Currently building-where can I find both chairs?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The breakfast bar chairs are from Frontgate (leather seats, fabric back option$$$$) and the desk chair is from Overstock $$. Good luck with your project!

**Q: Kitchen Renovation** *(in Before & After)*

Our kitchen renovation took about 6 months to complete. We removed everything that was there originally including the soffit so we could have taller cabinets. We decided to expand the space 2 feet into the adjoining room to make the kitchen a bit larger. We reworked the electrical and plumbing, added new hardwood floors, lighting, appliances, cabinets, and counter tops. My boyfriend did the electrical, plumbing, and drywall work and I helped him install the backsplash. We worked with Lowes to design the cabinet layout and chose Kraftmaid white painted shaker style cabinets. The counter top is Zodiaq quartz London Sky and the back splash is Hampton Carrara marble. I am so happy with how everything turned out. It was well worth not having a functional kitchen for 2 months and washing dishes in the upstairs bathroom sink.

A: love the dark gray cabinets...what's the color?

**Q: What color is on the cabinets?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Nope! They are Masterbrand cabinets, Homecrest series
