Mr. Luna is obviously qualified however - when he came to give me an estimate, I liked him and his suggestions and we agreed on a price and a day.. Then the the weather did not co-operate and so we had to put it off. Finally, this past Saturday, when he SAID he was coming to do the work, NO SHOW - no returned phone calls even from the day before to confirm and even the morning of - nothing - no call to apologize - nothing. I guess my job of extending my front stoop.was too small. So why did he not at least have the courtesy to let me know? Actually, I am sad about this as I feel the work would have been solid.
