The largest project (\#3) was a major renovation of the first floor and upstairs hall, including structural changes, removal of a fireplace and ensuing brick work, entirely new kitchen, tile and cabinets in laundry, upstairs railing to replace a sheetrock half wall and hardwood floor throughout the renovation.
