Keith, our project manager kept in touch with us regarding timeline and arrival of materials. John and Jonny were the guys that did the construction, and they were prompt, courteous, hard working and got our job done in 2 days, plus a couple of hours to take care of some panes that arrived after the other materials. They also cleaned up all the work area, including things that might have blown into the yard. They came out several times to fix a leak and it seemed to be good, but then this spring it started leaking again. When I requested help, they were out within the following week and quickly isolated the underlying problem. They do great work and are very responsive to any issues that arise, even five years later. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because it took so long to finally resolve the issue. **★★ — James Phiel, June 2017** > Our 200 square foot Three Season room actually took Four Seasons to build. We signed the contract in November and were told they were looking for winter work. Four months later they showed up in March. The only positive out of this whole experience was their Subcontractor Tom and his crew. He was our only contact with HWS. The only time we heard from HWS was to get another check. There was zero communications and continuity between HWS their subcontractors, suppliers and client. Their electrician never wired a three seasons room before, and all of the wires they ran were exposed and not hidden in channels within the walls, so all of his work had to be ripped out and redone.
