> Terrible experience.  Wrote a bad check to the electrician that he subcontracted out to do work on my rental.  I in return paid the electrician because he did good work.  He lied about what the electrician charged.  I gave him money for a roof that he didn't do and kept the money, $2,000,  I had to go to Labor & Industries to get the money back on his bond.   He is NOT a good person to do business with!!

> I had a bad experience with Cozmos Construction.  He was not good about communication and overcharged me for the first job. I gave him $3,000 for materials for another job in mid August and nothing has been done.  He has ignored my calls and texts asking for a copy of the delivery invoice for the materials that he says he has received.

> Hired Cozmos Remodeling for 3 flooring projects (tile work and vinyl plank). We were prepping our house to rent and were already in transit to our new home out of state. Luis was a pleasure to work with. Kept us up to date with every aspect of the work as it was under way via phone calls, texts, and photos. He went above and beyond the scope to ensure that the flooring was installed properly in a way that will ensure longevity of the product. He discovered some of the floors were not level and instead of simply installing the floor, he brought it to our attention. We all fear the contactor that we hire may or may not cut corners and it was an absolute sigh of relief to work with Luis knowing that he wasn't going to sign off on the job until it was finished the right way. Will definitely be reaching out to Cozmos Remodeling for future projects!
