When we searched we had many contractors that called but our design was an easy one. Elevate spoke clear English and asked if we could meet so they could get to know us and what we wanted. When Jim arrive he took the time to get to know us and to understand CLEARLY what we were looking for. He came up with several designs and we chose the one that, not only was what we wanted but fit in our budget, not above our budget. > We made arrangements to meet Wes, our builder, who also took the time to ensure he knew of anything we needed special. > As our build proceeded, I asked Wes to do special in wall storage spaces, relocate some things (after framing and you visualize placement your future furniture in place some things may need to be moved). Wes did everything we asked and with his ideas we ended up with exactly what we wanted. I am a stickler that walls are at a 90 degree angle and straight, something few builders seem to care about. All of our sheetrock is straight and flat. All our wiring was placed to avoid picture nails, all water and sewer lines were place to protect from nails for pictures and windows had good framing for curtains. We were allowed to purchase our own doors and they installed them perfectly. All hardware (hinges, locks, outlets and switches) purchased for the addition were top quality. All trim and painting were of top quality also. The only additional cost we had were the few upgrades we asked for as our addition progressed. > This is a great company with excellent carpenters. They did an excellent job and worked to the highest of standards. They corrected and addressed issues that I would have never known or cared about, but did so because it was the right thing to do. There were site visits by Wes weekly, and he ensured the project was on time and on budget, and to our complete satisfaction. The billing was reviewed and accepted, and right on target.
