I started to look for a designer because I wanted a complete makeover and needed professional advice! Finding Victoria Gerts was a big success because she’s so passionate about her job, really talented designer and a positive, fun loving person. Her style is modern sophisticated design with a special attention to details. She gets to know her clients’s needs and interests and works closely with them every step of the project. My favorite part was that we didn’t have to run around multiple stores or scroll through websites to look for furniture or other things because everything was done by Victoria we only had to choose from the best options thoughtfully selected for us. The result was just WoW totally exceeded our expectations! We wouldn’t have done it by ourselves for sure! Now we enjoy our beautifully renovated home every day and can’t even believe that this is our home because it feels like vacation in an expensive hotel! Thank you dear Victoria for your creativity, positive vibes and making our house absolutely gorgeous! Victoria wore both hats extremely well. She was a diligent project manager, coordinating vendors and contractors alike. And her attention to detail showed through every step of the process. In the beginning she asked thoughtful questions about us and our taste and prepared several beautiful mood boards for us based on those conversations. She was quick to revise design ideas based on our opinions and budget and always had a backup plan for when something in the renovation process inevitably went wrong. I think what made the process so enjoyable is that it always felt like a collaboration, Victoria never insisted we couldn't do something or outright rejected our ideas. But in the end she created a space that would never have been able to conceive of ourselves.
