> Sunhill Properties did a fantastic job with building a pool deck for my above ground pool. They also installed fencing around my back yard. They were on the job when they said they would be. Their price was very reasonable. They also did not pull any surprises. I have had terrible  experiences with contractors in the past. Such as not showing up after being paid their initial deposit.  There are a lot of " fly by nights" in this business. However with Sunhill Properties you won't have that worry. Furthermore, their workmanship is excellent. They have a lot of pride in their work and nothing is done substandard.  I have recommended this company to several people.

> Sunhill Properties replaced my basement windows, installing new outside front porch railing, four new kitchen cabinets (two upper and two lower ) counter tops and sink and residing my entire house. The job siding job took much longer than expected and the front railing estimate was not honored and doubled in price. there were some hiccups with the heater installation that was not rectified I sent a list of unfinished items and the partner came over and fixed what he could. it's to be expected with a new business. But he has since left the company, and he was very skilled, a Veteran. He went above and beyond while working on my house he was always here on time first thing in the morning and working all day. He even built a ramp for my dog.

**Q: What type of flooring is this?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi Trina, This flooring is Marazzi VitaElegante Bianco 12in. X 24in. Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile with Haystack Grout.  This project was one of our company's "flip" houses and this particular tile delivered a great look for only $1.89 per square foot!
