Prior to building I asked about the catch basin that collects the water runoff. I was assured by Grande (numerous people) that upon completion of the development they would make it look “beautiful “. They would plant trees, bushes and grass and the water would drain from the basin in 72 hours as it is supposed to. In the past year and one half it has been dry for about seven days scattered out. Some of the trees are dying, most of the bushes are laying on there sides with the root ball exposed and there is very little grass to be seen. We ended up with a HUGE SWAMP.
