We met with Rich and gave him our wish list, i.e. vision as to what we wanted. Rich made some suggestions, then we discussed budget. Basically, he constructed a "home theater" room, and several closets that we needed. New walls, ceiling, paint, etc. Rich and the crew(s) were all very professional and the work performed was excellent quality. The end result was exactly as we had hoped for...and we have received many compliments. Most importantly, Rich and his company are honest and of the highest integrity. The project was done before the due date, and on budget! We had two minor issues needing minor attention and Rich made sure they were addressed promptly. This is an excellent company. Cannavino Construction in addition to being creative, reasonably priced, prompt and courteous, they are responsive to your needs and communicate throughout the construction process. Not only do they listen well, they offer a choice of alternatives with detailed prios and cons of each.. Although I don't anticipate a need for a contractor in the near future, I would not hesitate to refer Cannavino Construction to any of our neighbors and friends. Cannavino Construction did a complete tear down, design and build for us in 2009 and were very knowledgeable of the Naperville codes and regulations.
