Justin and Mia certainly seem very nice, but we just had more issues than I could have ever imagined with our small bathroom project. The project was scheduled to take 2 weeks, and begin in early February. While it did start on time (early in fact), today is June 3rd, and the project JUST completed. > > I wish that the only issue that we had was the time to completion. To list just some of the problems we encountered: > 1\. Our biggest reason for getting the bathroom redone was the horrible/bumpy drywall. I asked for this to either be replaced or made to look like new. Neither of those happened, even after endless phone calls/visits to point out deficiencies. > 2\. Nearly everything required a tune-up from the initial installation. The sink leaked below into the vanity cabinet, the shower door did not close all of the way, the shower handle was not installed tight enough against the wall, the paint was VERY sloppy, the shower glass was ordered the incorrect size, the list never ends. The paint job was so incredibly sloppy that you could even see several strands of hair painted to the door frames, that's how little attention to detail was given. > 3\. Several cigarette butts were found in our driveway throughout the course of the project. > 4\. The shower drain itself was not properly installed, causing water to rain downstairs into our living room through the drywall ceiling. They had to cut out a large hole in the ceiling, air it out, then redo the ceiling. Water was also running down our walls, and we had to attach towels to the wall to prevent the water from running into an outlet. Paint was removed from the wall in this process, and that was never address (and still isn't). > > I don't want to beat a dead horse here, it's pretty clear we didn't have a great experience. I think we were certainly the exception, since we're the only negative review so far. I truly wanted to love this project, and had plans to do a kitchen remodel with this company if things all went well. I really do think they are nice people, but I definitely didn't feel like my project mattered to them. Even when we had water raining into our living room on Saturday, there was zero urgency to fix it. Justin didn't come until Monday, and said he'd be there "first thing in the morning", so my wife took off time from work to be there. He showed up at 11:30, and my wife ended up having to take almost the whole day off. To top it off, he didn't even fix the problem that day. He didn't come back until Tuesday to actually fix it, even though the issue ended up being what he thought it was when we spoke on Saturday. > > I hope this review can at least provide some feedback to Nailed It, and hopefully future customers will have a better experience. **Comment from Nailed It Remodeling:** > Dear Chris, > > We are not happy about the path your project took and that you still feel negatively about your experience upsets us dearly. Client supplied tile.
