No responsibility. We are shocked that a person in business for many years would avoid the errors that she made when designing our kitchen-as we are all human and at times, we make errors, and we were very understanding about this. We gave her so many chances to make this right. She did not even come on site to see the issues or even return our calls for over a month! We were forced to retain a lawyer and are currently in the process of suing Louise and her business for being paid for a kitchen that has been nothing but an incomplete nightmare and that we are now forced to complete ourselves.
