However, we apologize that we cannot match the fee the client insist to. > > This new project size is about three times larger (\>5,000 sf, ~$750k-$900k construction) than his last project with us. To provide quality design, efficient drawings (architectural, structural, mechanical, & electrical) and permitting time frame, we need to ask for a substantial higher fee which is beyond the client budget for design fee ($18k). Although we were more than happy to do business and give discount to our return customer, our bottom line is not to lose money. > > We accept this client negative comment (which shows our comment are from real clients), and again we apologize that we are not able to take his project this time.
