> 1\. Unmatched widths between top and bottom staircase posts
> 2\. Stairs detaching away from landing
> 3\. Joists not really sitting on the beam
> 4\. Too short guardrails pulled away from posts; some attempts to disguise with shims
> 5\. Poured concrete landing raised with wood platform to bring up to acceptable riser height (stringer too short)
