What started out as a master bathroom remodel project grew to include a remodel of our guest and powder bathrooms once we realized we could place our complete trust in Ben. We also added in a showcase remodel of our fireplace plus electrical/lighting work throughout the house. It was a complete home makeover! Ben expertly guided us through the entire process, including color schemes and material selections. He took care of all the important details: permits and orchestrating multiple teams of workers and vendors. He was always quick to respond to our questions during the entire process. He was able to take our tastes and ideas and weave them into a home we truly love! Ben took time to make sure everything was completed just how we wanted it. Dream Home Construction, with Ben at the helm, did an amazing job on our project. We highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Ben and team! ### All 41 reviews **★★★★★ — Craft Custom Cabinets, Feb. 2025** > I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dream Home Construction, and I can confidently say they are a true professional in the construction industry. So there was no question when I decided to remodel the primary bath that I would reach out to Ben again. I could not be happier - Ben's attention to detail is beyond compare, guaranteeing that the end result will be perfect and better than you could have imagined. And here's a bonus - on time and on budget! I look forward to hiring Dream Home Construction in a few months when I am ready to remodel the second bath as well! **★★★★★ — Nadav Naor, Aug. 2022** > I have had the pleasure to work with Dream Home Construction on remodeling my 3 bathrooms. > Ben was attentive and did not stop at anything until I am completely satisfied with everything. > All of the bathrooms in my house are small, but Ben helped us design them in a way that makes the best use of the space we have. They turned out more beautifully than we ever thought they could be. > Most importantly, no surprises, kept the house clean and debris very contained, handled every request immediately (I can honestly say Ben was the most responsive service person I have ever worked with), and finished the job ON TIME!! > I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience with the entire team, and I can’t wait to invite them over again to remodel my kitchen next year. **★★★★ — Cathleen Leader, June 2022** > We have so enjoyed working with DreamHome Construction! We know we can count on Ben’s experience, talent, and expertise for all our renovation needs. He first helped us when we were updating and redesigning our kitchen. Ben suggested a new layout that was functional, attractive, and blended well with the rest of our house. Our friends were truly blown away when they saw the results. > > We later decided to update our primary bathroom as well as two other bathrooms. Ben worked diligently on designing attractive and functional rooms. He is very detail oriented and thorough. He always offers creative and appropriate options and helps us to make smart decisions, often at lower cost. > > We appreciate Ben’s integrity. He takes pride in his work and in his team. He stayed with us until we were absolutely pleased with the results. We know we can count on Ben to steer us toward quality, beauty, and functionality. > > \- Cathleen and Bruce L. **★★★★★ — masegesta, Feb. 2021** > I highly recommend Ben and his team at DreamHome Construction for your remodel. I under took 2 bathroom projects with DreamHome and am amazed with the transformation. I wasn’t entirely certain what I wanted but had a vision. Ben brought my vision to life. My bathrooms are beyond beautiful. From start to finish they provided exemplary service with the highest quality and craftsmanship. The work moved quickly, everyone was gracious, and they treated my home with care and respect. I’m honored to have DreamHome Construction as a part of my home. **★★★★★ — HU-661248642, Dec. 2020** > Ben and his team were fabulous! We decided to do a kitchen remodel during the pandemic and right before Thanksgiving and the team jumped right in. Everyone was safe wearing masks and were so thoughtful to working around our busy family being all home. The finished product is beautiful and looks extremely high end. The attention to detail, customer service, and patience was greatly appreciated. I can't recommend this team enough! We had very minimum hiccups and they completed even more than we had hoped for quickly and with a smile. When we talk to other friends having remodels right now ours took half the time, ended on time, and the end product is higher quality. Wonderful experience! **★★★★★ — Scott, Nov. 2020** > Ben was amazing to work with! He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were in love with our new kitchen and that were were getting an amazing deal! We ran into a number of delays and setbacks that were out of his control (including finding a termite hive behind our old cabinets) and every time he handled the situation with ease. He even took some time out of his busy schedule to help me set up my new large aquarium for no cost. I would recommend Ben in a heartbeat and I can't wait to work with him again for our future home renovation projects! **★★★★★ — vclhom, Nov. 2020** > We recently worked with Dream Home Construction to update two bathrooms, kitchen, entry way and downstairs floors. Ben’s customer service is the best of all the contractors I have worked with during the last 20 + years through 5-6 different projects. We are extremely impressed with his genuine desire to realize clients’ visions, prompt response to all communications, his enthusiasm, knowledge, efficiency, patience, and the ability to deal with unexpected situations with a positive attitude. We appreciate their professional and hardworking crew and the team of subcontractors. Everyone was good at wearing masks while working in the house. Also, our project was done with quality workmanship, on budget, on time and at a reasonable price. For my kitchen counter replacement, while another company told me the backsplash I really love had to be replaced, Dream Home preserved it perfectly, and saved us from unnecessary expenses. We would highly recommend Ben and Dream Home Construction. **★★★★★ — HU-678081371, Nov. 2020** > Exceptional work and service. > Best home remodel experience ever. > Met projected timeline. > Organized and efficient > Great design suggestions > Excellent Communication > Responsive to needs and concerns > Flexible > Ben is a kind, caring and considerate contractor > His crew is skilled, careful and work quickly. > I would recommend Dream Home Construction - Ben and his crew without any reservations! **★★★★ — runnerhalf, Oct. 2020** > Ben and his company Dream Home helped me with the remodel of my condo bathroom. He completely transformed it from a tub/shower blah bathroom to a walk-in shower with accent wall and a new custom made vanity with a farm house mirror and lighting. It looks amazing! The minute you meet Ben, you can tell he loves his job and is so passionate about what he does. He strives to make your project the BEST it can be with ideas and his experience. He is also very quick in responding to the client, whether it is in texts or phone calls, his response time is minutes. He also came in on-time with the remodel and the budget. There were a few bumps in the road that we both had to deal with, but overall it was a pleasure to work with Ben and Dream Home Construction. **★★★★★ — sherylspeight, Sept. 2020** > Wow what a pleasure it was to work with Ben who just completed my kitchen remodel. It is clear that he strives to make his customers happy every step of the way throughout the project. He says "yes" to every request, making sure the end product is exactly what the client had hoped for. And his responsiveness is beyond compare. I had real concerns about having so many workers in my home during this pandemic; and I had many requirements to keep the working environment safe - Ben didn't balk at any of them and made sure every safety rule was followed by all. I love my new kitchen and look forward to hiring Dream Home Construction for any future changes I care to make. Hiring Ben was the best decision I could have made. **★★★★★ — christines88, Sept. 2020** > I had gotten a total of 3 different bids, and by far, Dream Home Construction came in at a reasonable price. But what really got me was the work Ben and his team have done and especially after meeting with Ben and seeing how passionate he is with what he does. I remodeled my master bath, kids bath and kitchen. Ben helped me work within my budget and brought my vision to life. If there were ever any questions or concerns, Ben ALWAYS responded and fixed any issues. He is the most honest, hard working and kind contractor I have ever met. I will most likely use him again if there are any future projects and HIGHLY recommend Dream Home Construction!!! **★★★★★ — bobmiller200, July 2020** > We are very happy with the workmanship and friendliness of the Dream Home Construction people. They did a great job and listened to our wishes. The work was done on time and was of great quality. **★★★★★ — Hans Heep, June 2020** > We contracted with Dream Home Construction and its owner Ben for the remodeling of our master bath and laundry/guest bathroom just before the Covid-19 pandemic broke loose. > > They of course couldn’t start the renovation due to the general shutdown of almost all businesses, but Ben was very proactive and kept us regularly informed on the situation for general construction. > > Once the situation cleared, Ben and his team started immediately and followed a precise schedule. He showed up every morning to check on progress and also maintained the safety rules related to the pandemic -- not an easy task, but he steered a tight course and all went well. > > His goal and number one priority the entire time was to make us happy with the finished product. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I could email/text him and he would get back to me immediately, no matter early or late, even one the weekend. His communication was first class. > > During the entire process Ben, regularly came to check the sma **★★★★★ — Clayton Paschke, March 2020** > Ben and his team did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel. The quality of craftsmanship was high, final costs came in exactly on budget, and best of all, Ben was always extremely responsive to any concerns I had, including managing the project from afar when I was hiking w/o cell service in Ecuador. He even fixed one of my neighbor's bathroom faucets free of charge! That's the type of guy Ben is. **★★★★★ — TJ & Erin CORKINS, March 2020** > Ben and his team did a really great job... Especially Gene (cabinets). Really happy we went that road, and just plain lucky Ben recommended him. We had a lot of back and forth and a lot of unique things we asked/wanted in this kitchen. Ben was always super responsive. This was a full kitchen renovation, plus part of another room. The hardwood floors go through out most of the first floor... so even thought it was "just" the kitchen, it felt a lot bigger. We could have got through this in less than 6-weeks if we would have had our tile for back-splash come in on time. :) That is flying with a project like this. **★★★★★ — Velcea, Feb. 2020** > It was an absolute pleasure working with Ben and his team! We just finished a kitchen + fireplace remodel, and HIGHLY recommend them! > > Ben puts his customers first, and it felt like he was just as invested in our kitchen as if it were his own. With any large remodeling project, there are always things that come up. The amazing difference between Ben and other contractors is the way all the issues, major or minor, were handled. Anything that came up, Ben managed it quickly, professionally, and with enthusiasm. He was fully transparent, never tried to charge for hidden costs, and gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process. > > We couldn't be happier about the final product and can't wait to start using the kitchen he built for us! **★★★★★ — DAVID PEHA, Dec. 2019** > Recently, we had the master bathroom remodeled in our mom’s condo. We contacted Dream Home Construction and scheduled a meeting with the owner, Ben. He arrived at our mom’s condo and we were immediately struck by his enthusiasm and his sincerity. > He was proud of the work his company has done for many clients and he willingly shared his philosophy of wanting to provide the highest quality of work, staying on schedule, maintaining open communication with clients and creating a beautiful finished product. > During the time of this remodel our mom became ill and was hospitalized. We had to postpone the project for a period of time and Ben was totally sympathetic and understanding. As soon as she was home again he arranged to resume the remodel. > The crew from Dream Home Construction was very professional, hard -working and did excellent, quality work. > Throughout the remodel process Ben demonstrated the greatest level of commitment, integrity and a sincere desire to be certain that we were happy with the end result – a beautifully remodeled bathroom. > We highly recommend Dream Home Construction to anyone wanting to remodel a bathroom or a kitchen. Ben is a man who takes great pride in what his company does and he is a joy to work with. **★★★★★ — Melanie K, Oct. 2019** > We recently completed our kitchen and first floor remodel with Ben and Dream Home Construction. We hired Ben to transform and update our kitchen island, replace the kitchen backsplash, replace our flooring and paint all our indoor trim. From the moment we met Ben, we loved his energy, his passion for what he does, his attention to detail, and his commitment to do an exceptional job. Our project was estimated to take approximately 2 months, but Ben finished the job earlier than expected. As with any large project like this, there were a few hiccups, but Ben immediately made any needed corrections and always strived to guarantee we were satisfied every step of the way. His response to questions or concerns was immediate, and often times resulted in him going out of his way to visit us to be sure we were taken care of. We truly enjoyed working with Ben and we LOVE our new space. Our kitchen island is exactly what we wanted, and is the new favorite gathering place for our family. We could not be happier the final product! **★★★★★ — Jackie Bell, Sept. 2019** > Gotta say, this was a first. Hiring a construction company based solely on online reviews was a huge leap of faith for us. Factor in managing a project that's is 200 miles from our main residence and you have a very nervous client. Ben and company didn't let me down. Walked me thru the design and material selection process personally. Checked in daily from the site, usually with pictures and very timely response to questions and concerns. What was promised was delivered and we are thrilled with the results of our project. **★★★★★ — Hermann Pais, Sept. 2019** > Ben drives a very professional, efficient, and reliable organization. We contracted with Dream Home for the remodeling of our 2003-vintage bathrooms. Ben took the time to understand our desires, design preferences, and our budget. In a few days he presented several ideas, all of them perfectly suited to what we wanted to execute. His crew started the work on time, and delivered our 2 bathrooms one week AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. Squarely within the budget we had set. The quality of his work exceed our expectations in both fit, finish, beauty, harmony of the architectural elements, and overall quality of the material. We will hire him again. **★★★★★ — Yoshio Inoue, Aug. 2019** > Our master bathroom remodeling was just completed by Ben and the Dream Home Construction. I wholeheartedly recommend Ben! We LOVE our master bathroom. My wife and I have been wanting to remodel our master bathroom for a while — obviously, we use it everyday, and a gorgeous bathroom starts our day in happiness and ends the same . Here are all the positives of hiring Ben: > 1). Quality and final product. We are picky (especially my wife ). > 2). Communication. Ben and I texted everyday. He gave us updates hourly and daily. He is the fastest to reply, even late at night. > 3). Project finished on time. > 4). No additional or hidden cost. > 5). Ben’s passion. He LOVES his work. I admire people who are self-motivated and care about quality of their work. > 6). Ben is simply a nice guy! > > Negatives: > ...well, not much, but if review is perfect people would wonder authenticity. > 1). Few of his staff wore shoes and left minor footprints. No big deal. > 2). Few edges and corner of the painting was uneven (we are picky ) — it was fixed immediately and now perfect! > > Thank you Ben! We wake up happy and go to bed happy. **★★★★★ — Olga Valieva, July 2019** > Ben and his team are incredible. From start to finish, Ben was there to walk me though the whole process of our bathroom remodel. If I didn't love something, he made it right until it looked perfect. I couldn't have asked for more. Our bathroom is hands down the best room in the house. Can't wait till our next project! **★★★★★ — Tom A, June 2019** > The best decision we made on our kitchen remodel was choosing Dream Home Construction. Ben always made our complete satisfaction his top priority. When asked, he freely offered his opinion on various design and pricing options, then saw to it that all the subcontractors implemented our choices as best as possible. And he had no hesitation about requiring subcontractors to redo a job if it was not finished to his high standard. > We love our new kitchen. > > And if repeat business is the best indicator of satisfaction, then know that four months later we hired Ben again, this time to rebuild our backyard deck completely . It not only looks much better, but is also so much more functional, especially in how it works around our hot tub. The benches are practical and lovely, and even with many odd angles everything fits just perfectly. Thank you Dream Home! Thank you Ben! **★★★★★ — Alexandre Castanheira, June 2019** > Ben and his team were extremely nice and professional. They've listened to all of our requirements and made our dream come true. Ben walked us through each steps to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with the results. They went the extra mile on our shower and took additional steps to ensure the result was perfect. > We absolutely recommend and we will happily work with them again. **★★★★★ — Laurent Mazuel, June 2019** > I contacted Ben to refresh my entrance, my stairs and the upstairs hall. We just bought this house and we hated the carpet in the stairs and the hall… We just had a Pinterest picture and got a specific requirement that the floor HAS to match perfectly the current one used in the dining room / kitchen. > Ben is extremely energetic and friendly. We can see right away that he cares about the final result, and was suggesting us to paint the doors as well, to have a more consistent result (we didn’t consider the doors initially, since we were focused on the floor). He ordered everything, and told us that he will wait at least two weeks for the hardwood to get to the right temperature, and be sure the installation is perfect before starting any job, which makes sense to me. > The stairs were done in one day and a half by Stan the specialist. I was really impressed by the sense of tiny small details Stan had. He spent a huge amount of time on tiny small cut to be sure our weird first stairs got the absolute best result. The result is just simply perfect… Then David the carpenter went to fix the baseboard and we could see the same feeling about perfection and tiny cut, until everything is just perfect. Finally, the painter came and did not try to directly paint, put spent hours to put plastic everywhere to spray them. No brush, no trace! > In this whole process Ben, regularly came to double-check everything and every single tiny details until it’s perfect. We got some touch-up afterwards, until I don’t see anything I could argue with. > I highly recommend Ben, and see my stairs as the “initiation” test :). Will contact him definitely for more bathroom, or any work I need inside my house. **★★★★★ — Chuck Young, May 2019** > Ben and his team did a great job helping us remodel our kitchen. Ben made a point to work to our schedule knowing not having a kitchen can be a real strain. Ben was at our house daily during construction to make sure everything went smoothly. All the guys that came to our house were all very polite, knew what they were doing and did quality work. **★★★★★ — Justin Ficker, May 2019** > I can't say enough great things about Ben and Dream Home Construction! We hired them to expand a 1/2 bath to add a shower, and remodel it. From the start, Ben was able to understand our style from how we had our house decorated and knew exactly what we were going for in the new bathroom. His goal the entire time was to make us happy with the finished product. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I could email/text him and he would get back to me immediately. About two weeks into the renovation, we were so impressed with the progress and work that we decided to start a remodel of another guest bathroom. We also tacked on some painting, new tile for the laundry room, and new tile for our entry way. Everything turned out great! It all got wrapped up ahead of schedule, without any changes to the original estimates we were given. When we decide to redo our master bathroom, Ben will be our first phone call. You won't be disappointed if you hire Dream Home Construction! **★★★★★ — HU-518067303, May 2019** > I have been beyond impressed with Ben and his crew. He works hard to make sure his clients are happy with every aspect of the job. He shows up daily to make sure that everything is going smoothly and pays great attention to the fine details. Ben worked hard to help me stay within my budget limitations and still get everything accomplished that I wanted. > There were multiple projects completed within the timeframe allowed, with a few delays with items that were ordered that did not arrive on time (which I ordered) and Ben was flexible and accommodating to install those items when they arrived. We completely remodeled two bathrooms, removed a closet so that a custom closet could be built on and adjoining wall, remove the door frame to expose the wet bar, refinished hardwood floors in the kitchen, added multiple recessed lights and a ceiling fan, and the list goes on! > I would definitely recommend Ben and will continue to work with him on future projects. **★★★★★ — HU-245619063, May 2019** > Dream Home Construction remodeled 2 bathrooms in my home. The result was beautiful from beginning to end. The work was professionally, skillfully and efficienly done by Ben and his team at a reasonable price and in a timely fashion. We thought we should give it a try and we are glad we did. Our kitchen looks great and we are very satisfied with DHC’s attention to details and great customer service. Ben was in our house everyday Managing the project with daily updates. > 5 weeks total of remodeling and a very good experience with them. **★★★★★ — Bonita Ben, April 2019** > My husband and I hired Dream Home Construction to remodel our shower. A: This is a custom color based of a picture that our clients likes, part of custom cabinets process. We can match any color you like! Thank you for your question :) **Q: Love the look what are the dimensions of the bathroom?** *(in Photo Questions)* Love the look. A: Hello genise and thank you! this Bathroom is 5 by 8 and considered as a guest bathroom. We also did a very similar design on their basement with a free standing shower check out our albums. **Q: Love the tub! Which model did you use?** *(in Photo Questions)* This is the exact style we are looking to do in our remodel but having a hard time finding a "square" tub that isn't rounded. What did you end up using here? Is it a right drain (we have center). A: Hello, this tub is available here on houzz, we know it’s a bit of a challenge to find a square tub but it’s available, description below. Hard to believe you will find this with middle drain, we recommend using a plumber to move the drain it will be best for you. Here is the tub description: Kohler underscore 60\*30 alcove bath w/right hand drain, white. **Q: Is that cement tile? Cool bathroom!** *(in Photo Questions)* How many times did you have to seal it if it is cement, and is it slippery when wet? thanks! A: Hello, yes you got that right this are cement tiles. we sealed them twice, once before installation and then another Cote after install, they are not slippery unless you will use high gloss sealer. This style also has multiple ways of setting them and create different patterns of your choice, we would recommend you going with cement tiles if you are planning on a pattern floors as they look much more authentic then any other option. Good luck! **Q: Love the countertops... what is the make/color?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: This countertop is made by Caesarstone and it’s called flannel grey 4643. you can find a very similar slab at other vendors and if you don’t have any large island you can find them on prefabricate/precut sizes for more efficient cost. Thank you for your question we are always happy to help to our Houzz community :) **Q: What kind of flooring is this? It goes great with the room.** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Hi Janet, this is a common engineered wood flooring, you can find it at most local woodfloors vendors --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
