Markham Design Co is an Arizona based General Contractor specializing in remodels. We love transforming kitchens and bathrooms most of all! Our passion is helping our clients achieve the look and feel they want for their space, while keeping the process as smooth as possible. We know that remodeling can seem overwhelming but our goal is to make the process fun and enjoyable by setting expectations and keeping quality the top priority. In order to keep the process consistent and efficient, we have taken the time to cultivate relationships with our trades.

We understand that it can be hard to visualize what something will look like when walls are in the way or the style is completely different from your end goal. For this reason, we can create a 3D design to help you visualize before any work is started.

We pride ourselves on treating your project like it was our very own home. That means we like things clean and pay special attention to detail. Let us help you transform your next project into your ultimate vision.

> We have worked with Paul on two different houses. After much collaboration, we landed on light filled, open concept designs that worked with the inherent obstacles of the houses, and brought forth excellent designs.
> The scope of both of our projects included removing load bearing walls, opening up dark dated interiors, adding windows, kitchens, adding a bathroom, flooring, hvac, plumbing, electric, doors and casing, painting, and skylights.
>
> Paul excels at design, he listened to what was important to us, and came up with solutions that surpassed our expectations. His level of “fit and finish” and craftsmanship was excellent on millwork, cabinet setting, and final detailing. We would 100% recommend Paul and his crew.

> Amazing company and an even better family! We met with SO many contractors and so glad we finally met with Paul. Their promptness, attentive to detail and just how ethical and honest they were was such a relief. Every time we had a question they would respond immediately and with such kindness. I will forever reccomend them to ALL of our friends, family and business acquaintances. They have a lifetime client for all of future projects!!

> Markham Design was recommended by my sister-in-law, and I am so glad she did! Paul and his crew remodeled our dark, dated kitchen cabinets with custom white doors and installed a wine fridge that I've always wanted. We also asked Markham Design to come back and convert a nothing corner into beautiful built-in shelves covered in textured drywall to match the decor. They're very creative and made good suggestions for renovations that I hadn't thought of. Markham cheerfully did a bunch of small fix-it things I needed done, too - hang coat hooks, change out an electrical outlet, and installed an outdoor fan. Price is reasonable. I'd give them a six if I could!

**★★★★★ — HU-914955975, Dec. 2022**

> Markham Design is one of my top recommended businesses. The owner/designer is easy to work with, highly experienced, open minded, and reliable. Friends and family are amazed at the final renovation results of my mid century modern kitchen and laundry room cabinets.
