What came back was a schematic, complete with visual display showing the proposed pool from sun up to sun down.  Mr. Wyner went the additional mile pulling up our home and projecting the image(s) of the pool as thought looking at it from the inside of our house.  Mark captured the pool from an aerial perspective, captured the trees and landscape around it and even put it to music.  I've not seen this before in my 41 years of being a Broker.  I  highly recommend Mark, and will be using him and his team at Landmark for our next pool this year, 2025.
